Helping Businesses Work Better — By Understanding People Better

Most business problems aren’t just business problems — they’re people problems in disguise. If things feel stuck, unclear, or like you’re carrying too much on your own, there’s likely a deeper issue underneath. That’s where Lisa comes in.
She helps small and mid-sized businesses get to the root of their leadership, communication, and performance issues — not with off-the-shelf advice, but with sharp insight, grounded in how people really work.
Lisa's approach blends real-world experience with tools from psychology, human factors, and change management — but she keeps it plain, practical, and focused on results.
About the PeoplePower Program
All of Lisa's work is anchored in a core framework called PeoplePower. It’s not a course or a one-size-fits-all system — it’s a way of working that helps you:

Lisa's Background: From Performance Anxiety to People Systems
Lisa's interest in human behavior started early — she was a strong athlete who struggled with performance anxiety. Lisa knew she had the skills, but something would shift under pressure, and she wanted to understand why. That curiosity led her to degrees in psychology and human resource management, with studies in sociology, philosophy, anthropology, and biology — all ways of understanding what drives human behavior.
When Lisa discovered the field of Human Factors, something clicked. It tied everything together for her — how we think, decide, act, and perform under pressure. Although at the time it was mostly used in aviation and healthcare, she saw the potential it had for everyday business.
Over the years, Lisa has worked across HR, leadership, and organizational development in industries like manufacturing, mining, and construction — often inside large, complex companies.
Lisa's strength has always been taking big ideas and turning them into real, workable solutions at the local level. Now, in consulting, she brings that same approach to a variety of small and mid-sized businesses who want to lead better and get unstuck.
