Blueneck began working with non-profit associations when asked to produce and deliver a custom leadership training course for future industry leaders. Blueneck recognized that while many members of these professional associations were experts and innovators in their field, they were lacking access to quality coaching offered by people with experience running large complex organizations and leading through difficult change and challenge.
